Excel Pathways

Preparing for college isn’t something you do only over the course of your senior year. As soon as you take your first steps into high school, everything you do matters.

Whether it’s the courses you take, the tests you pass, or the extracurricular activities and volunteering opportunities that you pursue, college admissions committees will look at all four years of your high school career as they decide whether or not to admit you. For many high school students, choosing the best opportunities and advantages to give you the best chances at the college of your dreams can be a stressful, time-consuming process. That’s why we’ve decided to create our Excel Pathways Program.

At Excel Academy, we want not only to offer College Counseling services to our high school juniors and seniors, who are looking for the last bits of guidance and support as they prepare their college applications, but to also offer College Counseling services for those who have just started, or are about to start, their high school careers. The Excel Pathways Program offers long-term mentoring for students from 8th-12th grade, who want advice on how to make the most out of high school.

If you sign up for our Excel Pathways program, we can advise you on the extracurricular activities to pursue, and how to find leadership positions within those activities. We can guide on how to craft and complete your own independent research project, which will show college admissions committees just how driven and motivated you are towards furthering your academic career. We can match you with elite mentors in fields such as medicine, business, and journalism, who can provide you with valuable insight and potential internship opportunities. Overall, we can make sure that you have a high school experience that’s not only fun, but is also immensely rewarding. At the end of your time with us at Excel Pathways, you’ll be able to have a student profile that will catch the attention of any college.

Feel free to sign up for our Free, 15-Minute Initial Consultation, where we’ll be able to ask any questions or address any concerns that you may have. Once we start our sessions together, we’ll begin to create an extensive plan for all four years of high school, to provide a structure and itinerary for you and your student in order to guarantee them a chance at being admitted to their dream college. We look forward to helping you make the most out of your high school career.
